Leadership & Raid Roles

How FTG operates behind the scenes — structure, responsibilities, and expectations.

Leadership Philosophy

FTG does not operate from a rigid, public leadership doctrine.

While we maintain a Guild Master → Officer → Council structure, responsibilities evolve based on the needs of the guild, raid progression, and roster complexity.

Leadership is less about titles and more about ownership, consistency, and contribution.

Guild Structure

Guild Master

Sets overall direction, ensures long-term stability, and makes final decisions when needed.

Officers

Handle operations, moderation, raid structure, and execution. Responsible for maintaining standards and resolving issues.

Council

Trusted contributors who help guide the guild’s direction and culture without handling moderation or discipline.

⚔ Council – Scroll of Guidance ⚔

Council members are players who have invested time, effort, and care into the guild. They act as trusted voices and cultural anchors — similar to officers, but without moderation responsibilities.
