Welcome to the FTG raid team! These expectations are designed to keep raids efficient, fair, and enjoyable for everyone.

Our goal is simple: kill bosses, distribute loot fairly, and have a good time doing it.

📝 Sign-Up & Roster

• Sign-ups are posted in Discord for all 40-man raids
• You must sign up to be considered
• Roster is posted at least 24 hours before raid
• Roster based on:
  • Raid composition needs
  • Previous priority (carryover / standby)
  • Character performance
• Final decisions are at the raid leader’s discretion

🏆 Raid Priority

• Warlords and Generals have priority spots
• General rank = long-term dedication and contribution
• Earned through:
  • Helping others
  • Consistent participation
  • Building guild relationships

🎒 Come Prepared

• Consumables & buffs strongly recommended
• Gear must be fully repaired
• Know boss mechanics before raid
• Ask questions if unsure — preparation matters

⏱️ Attendance & Timing

• Be in raid 15 minutes early
• Late players without notice will be replaced
• Notify status in Discord if delayed

🎧 During the Raid

• Discord required (listening is mandatory)
• Be a team player — cooperate and communicate
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Respect raid leader decisions
• Constructive input is welcome — respectfully

🪑 Standby (Bench)

• Non-rostered players may be placed on standby
• Must be available 15 minutes before raid
• Remain available for entire raid duration
• Can be online, on alt, or reachable via Discord

📊 Standby EP Rules

• Receive 50% EP if available
• No EP if:
  • You miss availability checks
  • You cannot join when called
• Availability checks occur periodically

📈 After the Raid

• Logs will be posted after each raid
• Reviewing performance is encouraged
• Coaching available from officers and experienced players

📌 Two-Raid Etiquette (Updated 6/25/2025)

• Main characters get priority for raid spots
• Alts should sign up as BENCH
• This ensures fair roster distribution

• Bench Points Rule:
• No double dipping:
  • If benched Tuesday and raid Thursday → no Tuesday bench EP
• Bench lists tracked manually across raid cycle
